Основы
Welcome to the complete guide to Merge Tactics basics! In this section you'll learn all the fundamental mechanics that will allow you to start playing successfully.
💧 Elixir System
Elixir is the main resource in Merge Tactics. Here's how it works:
Elixir Gain
- 4 elixir at the start of each round
- Bonus from ruler (Spirit Empress: +1 elixir per merge)
- Selling troops to recover elixir
Economy Management
- Don't spend everything at once - keep a reserve
- Sell useless troops to recover elixir
- Plan expenses based on available troops
🔄 Troop Merging
Merging is the heart of Merge Tactics. Here's how it works:
Merge Rules
- Two identical troops merge automatically
- Same star level required for merging
- Maximum 4 stars for each troop
Star Progression
1★ → 2★ → 3★ → 4★
Merge Benefits
- Significant increase in attack and health
- New abilities at higher levels
- Economic efficiency - more power per elixir
🧬 Trait System
Each troop has special traits that provide bonuses when combined:
Available Traits
- Ace - Bonus for elite troops
- Avenger - Enhancement when allies die
- Brawler - Melee fighters
- Clan - Group bonus
- Goblin - Specialized goblin troops
- Juggernaut - Resistant tanks
- Noble - Charismatic leaders
- Ranger - Distance archers
- Thrower - Projectile throwers
- Undead - Undead with special abilities
Trait Bonus
Trait bonuses activate at different thresholds depending on the trait:
- Ranger, Thrower: Bonus at 3 units
- Brawler, Noble: Bonus at 2 and 4 units
- Other traits: Vary, but no bonus above 4 units Check in-game for the exact activation for each trait. There is no bonus for 6+ units.
👑 Ruler System
Rulers don't fight directly but provide strategic bonuses:
Spirit Empress
- Fusion Foresight: +1 extra elixir for every merge
- Strategy: Merge often to maximize elixir gain
- Ideal for: Economic builds
Royale King
- +4 elixir when you lose a round
- Strategy: Strategic loss in early rounds
- Ideal for: Late builds
🎲 Modifiers
Modifiers change each game and provide unique advantages:
